How is bruxism treated?
We will often suggest you wear a night guard while you sleep. Night guards are helpful for clenching and grinding that occurs while you sleep. It also allows your jaw muscles to relax, reducing facial pain. We custom make the night guard to fit your teeth, slipping over the upper teeth and prevents contact between you upper and lower teeth.
